Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds — the only difference is origin. They're certified, conflict-free, and more sustainable.
Where do you make your pieces?
Our pieces are handcrafted by experienced artisans in China. We prioritize ethical and quality production.
Are your diamonds certified?
Yes, all of our major planted diamonds have IGI certificates (some of our row diamond rings and small diamond styles do not have IGI certificates, please contact our customer service for details), which certify the cut, clarity, color and carat weight of the diamonds.
What’s the production and delivery timeline?
Made-to-order or custom pieces usually take 12-15 weekdays to craft before shipping. Rush service may be available.
Do you offer free shipping and insurance?
Yes. We provide free, insured shipping on all orders and may be subject to duties based on destination.
Is my order protected during transit?
Every order is fully insured. In the rare event of a lost or damaged package, we’ll work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund promptly.
What's your return and exchange policy?
With our pieces, everything we do is completely custom from start to finish. Every detail is made with your personal preferences in mind, so it can't be returned or exchanged because it's made just for you.
